EmergenSea HELP is a network of contracted maritime assistance partners designed to help boaters in distress and emergency situations, breakdowns, and problems during navigation. Our mission is to ensure a safe and carefree experience at sea for all our users, by responding quickly and providing professional assistance at any time of day or night.

Becoming a member is easy. You can sign up through our website or contact us directly by phone at +385 98 306 609. We offer various membership options that include different benefits depending on your needs. Members receive priority assistance and a range of benefits such as free towing, light ungrounding, fuel delivery (up to 20 liters), and emergency interventions.

We offer a wide range of services, including towing, fuel delivery (up to 20 liters), light ungrounding, electrical system failure assistance, rope removal from propellers, vessel escort, help in case of accidents, transportation in medical emergencies (in coordination with S&R services), as well as advisory services on boating safety. Our network covers the entire Adriatic

After using their bonus, a member is entitled to a 30% discount on the EmergenSea network's price list. The next option after using the bonus is to renew the membership immediately. For discounts on rejoining, please call +385 98 306 609.

STANDARD memberships become active 24 hours after payment and last for one year. The CHARTER Pass membership lasts 7-14 days and is activated after payment and selection of the start date.

STANDARD membership is intended for privately owned vessels and applies to boats up to 25 meters. It lasts one year, and the vessel is the member.
CHARTER membership is designed for clients renting boats. The member is a physical person, the owner of the EmergenSea membership card.
The package of free benefits is the same in both cases!

Yes, you can use our services even if you are not a member, but members have priority in receiving assistance and can use certain services for free, while non-members pay reduced rates for extended services.

The Live Tracking app is our innovative tool that allows you to track your vessel in real time. On your mobile device, you will receive notifications about navigation hazards (rocks, wrecks, narrow channels, bridge heights) and warnings about approaching bad weather in the area you are navigating. The app is free to use for sending emergency calls, but tracking is available exclusively to members of the EmergenSea network.

For all calls, the 24/7 number +385 996 112 112 is available. In an emergency, you can contact us by phone, which is available 24/7, via VHF radio on channel 16 (harbormaster), or through our mobile app. You can also send an SMS using the Live Tracking app to send an emergency call in just two clicks.

The cost of sea assistance services is the same for members and non-members, and these services can cover a wide range. The difference is that non-members pay according to the EmergenSea price list (available on our website), while members enjoy benefits described in the General Membership Terms (please review the General Membership Terms on our website).

For STANDARD memberships, the vessel is always the member. This way, anyone who is the skipper of the vessel can use the membership benefits, provided that they have the vessel's membership card with them. For CHARTER memberships, the member is the owner of the membership card, who can use the benefits on any vessel, as long as they are listed on the crew list.

In case of breakdown at sea, first stay calm and check if you are in a safe location. Then, contact EmergenSea through our emergency phone number +385 996 112 112 or the ES app. Our team will immediately send the nearest crew to assist you.

Due to the complexity of performing repairs at sea, vessels are usually towed to the nearest service facility. The EmergenSea network has numerous agreements with various nautical repair services, so during the towing process, the necessary services for the client are typically arranged to minimize waiting time and avoid losing vacation days.

If you need towing, contact us via the app or phone. Our team will send the nearest crew to safely tow you to the closest marina or service station. Towing is free for members, while non-members pay according to the distance.

The Croatian sea assistance network receives emergency calls and provides advice and information in several languages:
Croatian - official language
English - official foreign language
German - redirected if official languages are not understood
Italian - official foreign language
Slovenian - redirected if official languages are not understood

The EmergenSea network constantly strives to reduce the response time to fall within the "Golden Hour." Due to objective circumstances, this time frame may sometimes be exceeded, and in such cases, the operator will inform you.

The EmergenSea network consists of 21 bases located on islands and in major nautical centers, with coverage circles of 30 NM overlapping. This configuration ensures that assistance can usually reach you within an hour from the time the crew departs from the base. For the ETA, please ask the EmergenSea operator.

If you require long-distance towing (not related to emergency interventions at sea) or planned towing, it is arranged by direct agreement. If you are a member, you can receive up to a 50% discount.

All maritime assistance services are available at any time of day or night. Nighttime work is charged 50% more according to the EmergenSea price list.

When the electrical system fails on a vessel, EmergenSea will connect their deep cycle batteries to start the engines. If this is not sufficient for your vessel, we will tow you to the nearest electrical service.

In case of water ingress into the vessel due to grounding, do not attempt to unground the vessel yourself, as the damage can easily multiply exponentially. Immediately activate the pumps, leave the engine idling, and call the 24/7 number +385 996 112 112. If the water ingress occurs unexpectedly, try pumping it out with your bilge pumps and head towards land. If more water is entering than you can pump out, the safest option to save the boat is to gently run it aground until we arrive.

In such cases, after calling the 24/7 number +385 996 112 112, EmergenSea will deliver fuel (diesel or gasoline, up to 20 liters) or tow you to the nearest fuel station. This service is free for members, while non-members pay according to the EmergenSea price list plus the cost of the delivered fuel.

If you encounter a problem or foresee one, do not hesitate to call us in time so we can reach you on time. Delayed reactions can be dangerous because if a severe storm starts, there may not be a service available to assist you at that moment. EmergenSea will do everything in its power, as long as it doesn’t endanger our vessel or crew.
