The ES network online store is the official online sales channel of Alimar Skiper Sistemi d.o.o., which enables customers to purchase membership (a package of free sea assistance services according to the General Membership Terms) directly via the internet. The sales point is designed to provide detailed information about the offer, prices, payment methods, and membership conditions.

About Products and Services


All memberships offered in the ES network online store are detailed with the amount of service provided to the member and the membership price (according to the General Membership Terms). Product images (membership cards) are illustrative and minor differences in the appearance of the membership cards are possible.

Terms of Sale


Membership purchase via the ES network is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The purchase process includes:

1. Registration,
2. Selecting a package,
3. Adding to the cart,
4. Choosing a payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer),
5. Notifications about benefits and membership start.

All payments are made in EUR (local currency). The charged amount on the credit card account (if in another foreign currency) is converted into the local currency according to the credit card association's exchange rate.

Delivery of ES Network Membership Cards


The sale of membership (according to the general membership terms) is a virtual product/service. The buyer becomes a member 24 hours after payment.

Delivery of the membership card is also carried out online via personalized QR codes. A physical membership card will be sent within the agreed time frame (a maximum of 10 days) via reliable delivery services. Delivery costs are covered by the ES network, and delivery to the address may vary depending on the buyer’s location.

Complaints


In case of dissatisfaction with the free sea assistance service, the buyer has the right to file a complaint by calling +385 996 112 112 or by notifying us via email at info@alimar.hr. If the member remains unsatisfied after the call, they may seek their rights in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia.

The collection of requested data is based on the Law on the Prohibition and Prevention of Unregistered Activity. The user guarantees the accuracy of their data under the law.
